Take Bus No. 119 to Dejvicka (last stop); Take the metro/subway Line A (Green) to Museum (6th stop); Change to Line C (Red) and go to Vysehrad (2nd stop). Hotel Amadeus is down the steps from the Prague Congress Center, on Slavjova 8.
From the Central Train Station:
