Download the Funding Assistance Form if you need financial assistance for participation. Submission deadline: 10 January 2007
Download the Reimbursement Form if your request for financial assistance has been approved, in order to reclaim your expenses. Submission Deadline: we’re all smiles if you don’t need the money back…OK, form is still being prepared.
